There are three levels (or tiers) of boat selections for the Manhattan Cup: Platinum, Gold and Light Tackle Platinum. This division is where your team is paired with a professional guide who provides his boat, equipment and knowledge for the day. In addition, we also offer private boaters to enter as well under the Sportfish Division.

All boat prices are for 4 people. Each additional person is $500. All entries include breakfast, lunch, the awards dinner and open bar and commemorative tournament T-shirt and gift bag.

Tier Groups

Platinum - $3,000
• First round pick of captains and boats
• One embroidered “Personalized” tournament shirt per person
• One tournament t-shirt per person
• One embroidered tournament hat per person
• Tournament Gift Bag
• One logo on the tournament banner*
• 1/2 page advertisement in the tournament program guide*
• 1 year membership to FCA per person
* You must provide a camera-ready logo by April 15th.

Gold - $2,500 (If Available)
• Second round pick of captains and boats
• One tournament t-shirt per person
• One embroidered tournament hat per person
• Tournament Gift Bag
• Team name listed in the tournament program
• 1 year membership to FCA per person

2 Person Light Tackle Platinum - $2,000
Fly Fishing or Light Tackle Only – Max of 2 People no additional people
• First round pick of captains and boats of two person boats
• One embroidered “Personalized” tournament shirt per person
• One tournament t-shirt per person
• One embroidered tournament hat per person
• One logo on the tournament banner
• 1/2 page advertisement in the tournament program guide*
• 1 year membership to FCA per person
* You must provide a camera-ready logo by April 15th.

Sportfish Division - $1,500
Compete with your own boat in a separate division for the coveted Sportfish Trophy.
• Up to four anglers ($350 each additional angler)
• One embroidered tournament shirt per person
• One screen printed tournament t-shirt per person
• One embroidered tournament hat per person
• 1 year membership to FCA per person

Dinner Ticket - $100
Tickets are available for the Awards Dinner Party.

Format
The FCA Manhattan Cup is an inshore catch and release tournament whereby all IGFA rules apply. Anglers will compete for the largest striped bass, bluefish, and weakfish in three divisions: bait, artificial and fly-fishing. Trophies will be awarded to the angler and captain for each species, in each division. The largest striped bass overall will be the winner of The FCA Manhattan Cup.

Day of the Event
All participants and Captains must be pre-paid and pre-registered prior to May 16th. Sign-in begins at 7:30 A.M. at which point you will pick up your tournament bag, meet your captain, and load your boat. We are providing breakfast and a box lunch for all participants. Boats will depart promptly at 9:00 A.M. and will return no later than 4:00 P.M. This year, all boats will start AND finish at Chelsea Piers. An awards banquet, including open bar, dinner, live music, raffles and live auction will continue until 7:00 P.M.

As with any fishing trip, make sure you bring along sunglasses, sun block, rain gear, boat shoes and a camera to record the day’s events. It is also a good idea to bring a change of clothing, in case yours get wet during the day. Casual dress is recommended for the awards dinner; i.e. jeans and sweatshirts.

Chelsea Brewery is located at 23rd Street and the Hudson River, Pier 59. Parking is available at an hourly rate, but is very expensive.
